TITAN Series — Overview
The SEW TITAN Series is a range of high-pressure plunger homogenizers designed and manufactured by System Engineering Works at our ISO 9001:2000 (TUV SUD) certified facility in Nashik, Maharashtra. Over 2,500 units have been delivered across India since 2002 to dairy plants, ice cream manufacturers, food processors, and FMCG production lines.
TITAN homogenizers are built to IS 13688 (BIS specification for milk homogenizers) and are fully CIP-compatible for integration into continuous pasteurisation and processing lines.

Milk Homogenizer
For pasteurisation line integration in commercial dairy plants. Operates at 150–200 kg/cm² first stage to reduce fat globule size to under 1 µm — the standard required for commercially homogenised milk under IS 13688. CIP-compatible with SS 316 option for acidic product lines.
Ice Cream Homogenizer
Operates at 200–250 kg/cm² first stage for improved mouthfeel, overrun control, and batch consistency in ice cream manufacturing. Supplied as part of SEW turnkey ice cream plant projects. Heavy Duty Homogenizer

Yes. All SEW TITAN homogenizers carry a 12-month warranty on design, manufacturing, and workmanship from the date of installation, or 18 months from dispatch date, whichever comes first.
Can SEW supply spare parts for my existing homogenizer (not SEW-made)?
SEW stocks plungers, valve plates, NRV seats, seals, and O-rings compatible with common Indian homogenizer designs. Contact SEW with your make, model, and part requirement. Dispatch is typically 2–5 working days for stock items.
Is the TITAN homogenizer suitable for UHT milk processing?
Yes, provided the homogenizer is specified with the correct pressure rating and temperature-rated seals for UHT conditions. The homogenizer is typically positioned after pre-heating and before the UHT sterilisation stage. Discuss your line configuration with SEW's application engineer before ordering.
What is the delivery time for a TITAN 500 LPH unit?
3–6 weeks from advance payment and order confirmation. Large units (2,500–5,000 LPH): 8–12 weeks. Spares for existing TITAN units: 2–5 working days from Nashik stock.
