The SE-Titan HP Homogenizer is System Engineering Works’ flagship high-pressure processing machine, engineered to the most demanding food and dairy standards. Using a two-stage valve system, it forces liquid product through a precision micro-gap at high pressure, breaking down fat globules and particles to a uniform size that produces stable emulsions, smoother textures, and extended shelf life.
Built with Tungsten Carbide precision valve assemblies, AISI 304 & 316 stainless steel fluid-contact parts, and a heavy-duty cast iron crankcase with splash lubrication, the SE-Titan is designed for long production runs with minimal maintenance. CIP-ready with an imported diaphragm pressure gauge, it fits directly into hygiene-critical dairy and food lines.
