SE-Vanguard Jacketed Triplex Pump
Temperature-controlled triplex plunger pump with jacketed fluid end. Built for high-temperature, viscous, and chemically aggressive process fluids. Flow: 0.5–480 LPM | Pressure: Up to 800 kg/cm² | Material: AISI-304 / AISI-316 / Hastelloy B/C. Manufactured in Nashik, Maharashtra.
Designed for industrial operations that require precise fluid temperature management during pumping including hot chemical dosing, heated polymer transfer, viscous food-grade fluid handling, and pharmaceutical process lines.

The SE-Vanguard Jacketed Triplex Plunger Pump is a specialized variant of System Engineering Works’ proven SE-Vanguard STP series. It incorporates a jacketed fluid end an external jacket surrounding the pump head through which a heating or cooling medium (steam, hot water, or glycol) circulates to maintain the process fluid at a controlled temperature throughout the pumping cycle.
Built on the same three-cylinder platform as the STP 20–120 range, it retains all core engineering advantages: a forged steel crankshaft, ceramic-coated and chrome-plated plungers, an enclosed power frame, and independently clamped modular valve assemblies. The triplex (3-cylinder) design reduces pulsation to just 1/7th of equivalent twin-cylinder systems, producing smoother flow critical for temperature-sensitive or shear-sensitive fluids.
Fluid-end materials are available in AISI-304, AISI-316 selected based on the chemical compatibility and temperature demands of the application. The jacketed construction is suitable for fluids that congeal, crystallize, or degrade at ambient temperatures and must be kept heated during transfer.
System Engineering Works, Nashik, ISO 9001 certified, est. 2003 has delivered 2,500+ pumps and homogenizers across India. Every SE-Vanguard unit is backed by a 12-month warranty on design, manufacturing, and workmanship.
